We have redesigned this salad cutter, which was originally used by the producers of the region of Nantes, for use in diversified market gardens and the daily harvesting of babyleaf salads in particular. This salad cutter is composed of a rectangular metallic frame with a replaceable "utility knife" type blade at the end. This tool is used to cut the plant by sweeping the sharp blade from right to left and holds the harvested leaves in the scoop. This accessory saves a significant amount of time during routine harvesting operations. Give it a try! NB: There are 2 models: a right-handed and a left-handed model.
