The JetFill Big Bag Filler is Tong’s highest capacity big bag filler which offers automated and gentle big bag filling. Capable of filling up to 40 big bags per hour, the latest model is designed to handle a wider range of bag sizes up to 2700mm high. Suitable for use on a wide range of crop including potatoes, carrots, onions and more, the JetFill Big Bag Filler ensures bags are filled quickly and safely. Available with the option of Tong’s advanced Auto-Touch HMI touch-screen controls, the JetFill is extremely user-friendly whilst ensuring crop is carefully bagged for onward transport. AUTOMATIC GENTLE HANDLING Rising bag platforms automatically lift and subsequently lower the bag to and from the feed conveyor for minimal drop and the gentlest handling. SAFE GUARDED PLATFORM For ultimate safety, PVC safety curtains are fitted to the bag filler as standard to cover the area under the platform to prevent access whilst in operation. HIGH THROUGHPUT UP TO 40 TPH The JetFill Big Bag Filler offers high throughput big bag filling that features easy bag removal and replacement, for gentle filling of 1 ton big bags, up to 40 tons per hour. GENTLE HANDLING, MAXIMUM THROUGHPUT Designed with throughput and careful handling in mind, the JetFill Big Bag Filler’s lifting platforms automatically raise empty bags up to the reversible feed conveyor to ensure minimal drop. As the bag fills, crop sensors lower on the bag filler platform until the bag is full. When bags are full, the platform lowers further again, so the bag is suspended by its handles and the weight of the crop stretches the bag, ensuring crop fills the bag correctly.
