Flat and well profiled cutterbar with oil bath gears made of hard wearing steel - knives made from high quality steel - cutterbar with anti wear skids - bar lifing mechanism with hydraulic cylinder - hydraulic cylinder that enables working at a negative angle of tilt up to -35° - safety release system. MANAGEABILITY AND RELIABILITY SAFETY RELEASE The EOS models all have a safety release that ensures automatic disengagement in the event of impacts. Its re-engagement is done wholly automatically without operator intervention by simply backing up. HYDRAULIC LIFTING The hydraulic lifting of the cutter bar at the end of the field is done by a hydraulic cylinder. For transport the mowing unit is folded vertically. It is possible to mow on slopes and banks thanks to the mowing unit that tilts up to+40 and -35 (models 165-210-245-285) A QUALITY CUT The cutter bar is well-shaped with gears in an oil bath made from high-strength steel and wear-resistant chassis. The dismantling of the disc mountings with their bearings and pinions is extremely easy for simple and fast maintenance.5) The discs are shaped from special steel, designed for excellent penetration into all types of forage. In the overlap zone the blades are protected by deflection shields.
