Cameleon is designed to meet the specific need for sampling tanks & wagons (on rail as well as on the road), but can also be used for any other type of vehicle. The probe head is mounted on a rail, translating on its structure, with an up/down motor ; all the motors being controlled with a frequency converter (for increased torque, adjustment of the penetration force; detection of the bottom of the bin). The probe is only having a vertical movement on the sampling point which definitively gives high penetrating force, allowing samples to be taken up to 4 meters deep, even in high density or powdery products ! Probe movement on an uniaxial rail delivers high precision sampling on very long vehicles.
Precise positioning of the sampling probe
Optimum penetration force thanks to vertical sampling
Adaptable rail length
Turbines from 1.9kW to 7.5kW
Operation with touchscreen pannel
Sealed grain reception
The suction turbine is attached to one of the pilars of the sampler, but can also be positioned at the laboratory depending on the sampling distance. The electrical cabinet is integrated into the mast of the probe, which is controlled by a latest generation touch screen console. A sealed cyclonic reception station is installed in the laboratory, supplied with a filter and a 10 L collector, all ensuring a fast reception of a representative sample in the laboratory. The Cameleon can be fully automated, and “tailor-made” solutions can be studied by our team of engineers.
