Description

The heat source of a conventional grain dryer no matter the brand name, uses either natural gas or propane. Although this fuel source does work, it is VERY inefficient and very costly. Both natural gas and propane produce a large amount of moisture when burnt. This means that this water/moisture turns into water vapor when burnt. All of this moisture is now being put into the grain dryer, and yes, your grain. The BioDryAir’s heat source is dryer, making our system so much more efficient and saves you money: up to 90% reduction in costs. We can dry your grain with less BTU’s while also making your conventional grain dryer have much more through-put. The BioDryAir can hook up to any conventional grain dryer. Let Triple Green Products show you how to put money back into your pocket. Triple Green Products has developed and tested a better way of drying your crops, especially corn, without the use of propane or natural gas and the high cost associated with these traditionally used fossil fuels. Our BioDryAir system hooks up to your existing grain dryer and provides very dry, hot air to efficiently and cost effectively dry your crops. In North America, one of the most significant costs in agriculture is grain drying. To reduce these costs, specifically in corn farming, farmers have left the corn in the field for extended periods of time to let it dry naturally to mitigate their drying costs.
