Today, grain drying is expensive. Because of this, we offer an environmentally friendly alternative for cost-saving purposes. Veljekset Ala-Talkkari Oy co-operates closely with Antti-Teollisuus in the design and implementation of a full grain-drying package. Antti-Teollisuus supplies a dryer and bio-air oven. Veljekset Ala-Talkkari Oy delivers a VETO burner suitable for the dryer, a stoker and a logic control centre designed especially for grain drying. The package based on co-operation of the two Finnish companies is currently the forerunner in its field. Veljekset Ala-Talkkari Oy manufactures and supplies burner equipment for grain drying in the range from 160 kW all the way up to 1600 kW. Over the last five years, the company has delivered almost 100 burner devices for air dryers. Also water-circulation-based heating systems (grain drying) Veljekset Ala-Talkkari Oy also designs, manufactures, and delivers water circulation-based (radiator) drying/heating systems. The radiator system can be used to produce the entire energy needed by the dryer or a part of it. Furthermore, Veljekset Ala-Talkkari Oy has delivered air/water systems in which the same fuel silo is used. This allows year-round use of the heating system.
