Vredo introduces for the 2021 season; the VT7138. The new Scania V8 Stage5 engine with over 3250nm torque @ 1350rpm/min provides a max power of 710 HP. The compact construction in combination with steered axles makes the machine very manoeuvrable and very fast when turning on the headland. The combination of crab steer and driven axles ensure that the machines can enter the field early in the spring and, thanks to the optional tyre pressure inflation system, ensure minimal soil compaction. The 3-axle vehicle, VT7138-3, has a 32 m3 polyester tank (Optional 32 m3 FlexTank). This makes it possible to empty a full truckload in one go. The Pump-Filter unit is positioned in front of the cabin, so that the driver has an excellent view at all times from the cabin of loading from the pit, container or applicator. With the 12,000 liter per minute slurry pump in combination with the 10 inch suction arm, the machine has maximum capacity and maneuverability under all circumstances. The heavy duty, solid 3-point hitch with CAT 3N or 4N hooks, makes it possible to connect all possible injectors on the market. The hitch is automatically steered in accordance with the crab steering.
