Highly reliable and versatile the Volkan 1000 is a DEFRA ‘Type Approved’ top loading large capacity incinerator ideal for managing the disposal of pigs, fallen stock and abattoir waste. All models in the Volkan Range are supplied with integral secondary chambers and fully conform to EU By-Products Regulation (ABPR) (EC) No 142/2011. Designed, engineered and manufactured at our Worcester production facility in the UK the Volkan 1000 is highly efficient with multiple fuel options and requires little supervision. The Volkan 1000 is practical to manage and specifically designed for farmers managing fallen stock and also abattoirs. As a large capacity incinerator it is capable of the quick and safe disposal of a range of large animal carcasses and has become a favourite of Pig Farming as the larger main chamber is able to quite easily hold the carcass of a large sow. With biosecurity an ever important issue for farming enterprises the Volkan 1000 provides the ultimate containment. Once established it provides a highly economic and safe solution in comparison with traditional disposal options.
