WATERMAN F-25 MEDIUM DUTY FLAP GATES are designed for applications with maximum 25 foot seating heads. Each gate is custom-made to job requirements. Key Features: - Sizes 4″ to 60″ diameter - Automatic operation - Cast iron frame and cover - Machined seating surfaces for tight closure - 2.5 to 5 degree seating angle - Field-adjustable linkage allows sensitivity adjustment - Lifting eye in cover for manual operation for maintenance - Standard bronze hinge bushings; stainless steel hinge pins, studs and nuts - Flatback or spigotback frame, mounting bolts sold separately - Not recommended for pump discharge where violent slamming may occur Options: - Iron, bronze or neoprene seats. Use of neoprene provides long life tight seal and cushioning of closure. - Monel or brass hinge pins, studs and nuts - Stainless steel, ductile iron or manganese bronze hinge links - Permanently lubricated bronze or PTFE bushings - Custom coatings including epoxy, coal tar or total galvanizing
