Description

The iGRAIN Relay Output Unit is a control module designed for automatic control of aeration and head space ventilation fans. The unit is controlled from the iGRAIN Dashboard Manager or control board via RS485 MODBUS. Each unit has 8 relays with NO (Normally Open) and NC (Normally Closed) relay contacts and the status of each relay is indicated with a diode. Each relay unit can be set to an individual address and be installed remotely where the aeration power relays are located. The unit is normally only used for aeration control if there is no PLC/SCADA system available. Advantages: - Status and control by iGRAIN Dashboard Manager - Easy control board mount - Operates in either manual or automatic mode via the aeration control software Technical specifications: - Communicates via RS485 MODBUS from the iGRAIN Dashboard Manager software - Installation where the fan power relays are located - DIN rail mounting - 8 Relays, with NO and NC contacts - MODBUS address from 00 to 15 - Up to 1,200 metres on CAT-6 cable from the control board to the last relay unit - Power 12–24 VDC, 1A (DIN RAIL) or 230 VAC (cabinet) - Can be connected to the iGRAIN AIO-Hub for power and MODBUS communication
