Quickly removes fine and large impurities in grain, with aspiration in sections.
It is installed on a trailer that can be easily transported (40 km/h road version and 10 km/h internal version) and is used prior to storing or shipping the product.
Operating principle
The product with impurities is fed through a tubular auger into the rotary hopper.
The first screens eliminate the finer impurities and the following screens separate the clean product through the relative perforations.
After screening, the larger impurities will have been eliminated. Depending on the type of product, whether smooth or rough, the drum inclination is adjusted to optimise the screening process.
For each screen, a regulation system allows the even distribution of the product, which is struck by a cross-flow of air that removes the finer impurities.
The clean product is conveyed into auger no. 2, which is connected to the inclined tubular auger.
The sub-product can be sent to auger no. 3, which is connected to the vertical auger.
Heavier impurities are decanted and conveyed to auger no. 4, which is connected to the vertical auger.
The air flow is directed to a cyclone for the removal of finer impurities.
The larger impurities are sent to auger no. 4 or discharged through the relative chute.
