Body: composed of smooth or corrugated structural steel panels, S350GD-EN 10147, galvanized using the Sendzimir process 350g/m2, guaranteeing excellent resistance against atmospheric agents. The external uprights are used to reinforce the body and are held together using high mechanical resistance bolts, with Dacromet treatment. The circular sections are sealed by plastic gaskets, which maintain their impermeable properties over time. A manhole is inserted on the second body panel to access the inside of the silo for maintenance operations. Roof: The roof is composed of flat corrugated self-supporting elements in galvanized steel, designed to support a weight of 200 kg/m2. At the centre of the roof, a product inlet spout and inspection hatch are installed. Cone hopper: Hopper composed of modular conical elements bolted together and joined to the body ring, made of structural steel with a slope of 45°. Supporting legs in thick profiles complete with bracing, circular discharge ring for attachment of damper.
