MAQUINARIA AGRICOLA FERRO S.A

A story that began in a small workshop, in 1952.

Maquinaria Agrícola Ferro S.A. is a family business founded in 1952 by Domingo Borrell Roselló.

Located in Bell-lloc d'Urgell, southwest of the province of Lérida, in one of the agricultural areas par excellence of the Autonomous Community of Catalonia.

In the beginning, Mr. Borrell dedicated himself to the repair of agricultural tractors and took care of mechanical maintenance for different companies in the area.

This experience allowed him to see the needs of farmers in those years, and he began to design and manufacture agricultural machinery aimed mainly at forage. He is a specialist in the manufacture of disc rakes.

Over the years, the company has adapted to the needs of farmers, making it today dedicated to both the manufacturing and marketing of national and international agricultural machinery.

Currently the company is managed by his son; Ramón Borrell Falcó, and co-directed by two of his grandchildren; Ramón Borrell González and Diana Borrell González.

That is why the company has its third generation at the head of the company.

The technical and manufacturing department is made up of people perfectly qualified for the manufacture of our machines, as well as sufficiently prepared to solve all technical problems related to the machines we market.

The commercial team consists of people closely linked to the agricultural environment and knowledgeable about all aspects related to agriculture. Between our products and the companies we sell, we serve a wide range of agricultural products in our country.
