# Who we are
Weber Cooling is a multinational producer of premium quality vacuum cooling solutions, founded in 2013 in the Netherlands. Our systems are equipped with future-proof (hydronic) refrigeration technology and the latest, environmental friendly, refrigerants. This, combined with our worldwide supplier and maintenance network, makes us the leading supplier of vacuum coolers worldwide. At our brand new 6.000 m2 factory we are now able to produce close to 100 systems per year! A new head office & research center is under construction.

# Our mission
To help customers with quality preservation & shelf life extensions of their fresh produce, by offering them affordable but premium quality vacuum cooling solutions. Fast pre-cooling, right after harvesting, is essential for maintaining high quality, freshness and shelf life. It will also prolong storage- and transportation times, and offers the opportunity for same-day deliveries.

# What we do
Our vacuum cooling systems will maximize your product yield, quality and profitability, by decreasing your cooling time.
We offer standardized solutions for 1 to 24 pallets, but also tailor made solutions – at affordable cost.
Our vacuum coolers are equipped with leading edge technology, yet are simple to use, offer maximum reliability and lowest TCO. Our coolers also set new standards in cost:

+ Our Weber Compact TWO starts at € 65.000, the Weber Next Gen 4 Europallet Solution at € 85.000.
+ A 12 Europallet Solution is available from € 180.000
+ As an alternative we also offer ultra-fast solutions using automated logistics – offering even higher capacity at the same investment.

Our newest range of vacuum coolers, the ​Next Gen 2.0, is designed to reduce the amount of refrigerant and to minimize the risk of leakage. These vacuum coolers are equipped with a hydronic cooling system that uses cold water to provide the cold. The “Hydronic Effects” include on average 20% shorter cooling cycles, an a 80% reduction on maintenance & repair costs. Energy recovery and cold capacity sharing are additional advantages these solutions can offer you.

# Background
Weber Cooling started 8 years ago building vacuum coolers for fresh Vegetables & Herbs. Shortly after, we started to developed tailor made solutions for Flowers & Cold Chain management and high performance coolers for Turf & Compost. The past years we have expanded our expertise to the fields of Bread & Bakery and Food & Kitchen. A special range coolers has been designed for Sushi & Rice.
