FITT, a leading global group established in Italy in 1969 - and today a Benefit Company - is a pioneer in the production and development of solutions for the transfer of fluids for domestic, professional and industrial applications. For over 50 years, FITT has been developing high-tech solutions that guarantee to our customers reliability, safety, top-level performance and ease of use. With its headquarters in Sandrigo (Vicenza), FITT has a turnover of more than 300 million Euro, exports to 87 countries, has 1.250 employees, 14 production sites, 15 logistics sites worldwide and 5 subsidiaries.
FITT develops solutions that ensure safety, performance and ease of use, applicable to 9 dedicated and specialised business units: agriculture, building, food&beverage, gardening, industrial, infrastructure, marine, pool and ventilation.

The responsible flow, the sustainability strategy launched by FITT in 2022, requires the company to find a balance between the Environment, Social and Governance.
E, which stands for Environmental, sees FITT engaged on two parallel fronts: energy, with a view to decarbonisation, and development of innovative products. For the first, the target is to achieve carbon neutrality (Scope 1-2) for all Italian plants by 2025 and for all group plants by 2030. For the second, the aim is to reach by 2025 a 8% turnover from innovative products with lower impact, producing 10% less Co2eq than their traditional equivalents.
S, which stands for Social, sees FITT engaged again on two complementary fronts, one internal and one external. The first includes the creation of wellbeing, inclusion and security for the FITT people, while the second concentrates on support social and environmental initiatives at local and international level, mainly in relation to health, women, young and differently abled people, creating partnerships with the stakeholders.
G, which stands for Governance, sees FITT committed to the transformation of its business model, capable of creating social and environmental value.
