WEENAT
Who we are
Since 2014, Weenat has been growing with a clear ambition: to revolutionize agricultural decision-making through precise and reliable agro-meteorological data.
But we haven’t taken this journey alone. Over 30,000 farmers, as well as cooperatives, traders, seed companies, and agri-industrial players across Europe, trust us to optimize their irrigation, anticipate unpredictable weather, and cultivate a more sustainable future.
So much progress made... yet the project remains as fresh as ever!
Ten years ago, an idea took root: what if farmers could access precise data on their water reserves exactly when they need it most?
This is how Weenat was born—with the simple yet powerful idea of providing information on soil, weather, and plants through an intuitive application. Our challenge from the very beginning has been to help all agricultural stakeholders save water by optimizing their irrigation practices on a daily basis!
Today, Weenat means:
Real-time, plot-specific agro-meteorological data for farm managers.
Data at the territorial scale for cooperatives, traders, and seed companies.
70 agro-meteorology experts—behind every sensor and every innovation is a passionate team: agronomists, meteorologists, and engineers.
All our team members are united around a single mission: to provide you with the most reliable tools to make the best decisions possible, season after season.
Across Europe, our team—comprising talent from all corners of the continent (France, Spain, Germany, Portugal, Poland, and Italy)—enriches our expertise.
These experts bring valuable diversity that fuels Weenat’s culture and ensures personalized support for the agricultural world.
